Why not? Here’s the scoop, a budding genius came up with a Twitter tool known as RetweetMe.
It’s not really a tool, it’s a Twitter profile that you can follow from your account. If you want a reminder sent your way via Twitter, you just send ReTweetMe an “@” message.
